To me, customer service seems to fading away and nearly a thing of the past.
Then something like this happens to make me think otherwise. I have already
told several people about you guys and what a positive experience this has
been for me. As I am sure that your aware of, word of mouth can do two things
for a business. If your customers are upset at you, you get negative word of
mouth. On the other hand, if your customers are treated as I was then you will
rise above all others. A positive approach to your customers (as you
obviously have) will bring you free advertisement (via word of mouth) and an
ever growing customer base.
I hope that you get those accounts. You have already earned my customer

He noticed the wider stance before he noticed the
aluminum..The truck handles allot better than it ever did..I
find myself wanting to run his Stampede instead of my
Savage. Was also wondering if you ever thought about an
aluminum chassis backbone for the Stampede or some
extended chassis plates to replace the stock? If so put me
on the list...Also looking forward to hooking up my Savage
with some FLM parts(order coming soon)

I am extremely happy with the service and the parts that I
ordered from you guys. I felt that you guys deserve pictures of my
project so you can post them on your website. I encountered a few
problems, but with your guys' help and help from Fast Lane Machine, I was
able to get everything working without too much hassle. Some of the
problems I experienced was getting the transmission halves together, my
stock turnbuckles were too short for the Widemaxx suspension, and the gears
in the differentials with the new bulkheads were very tight. In order to
get the transmission halves together, I had to put one half in the
freezer and the other half on a heater, after that, it went together smooth.
To fix the gears in the differentials, I put a gritty compound in the
differentials that is actually used to grind valves in cylinder heads.
I spun the gears over with a drill with the compound in the diffs for
about five minutes and then cleaned them out and put regular gre!
ase in and everything worked perfect. My next problem was the
turnbuckles, to fix that problem I replaced the stock 96mm front ones with
T-Maxx 106mm, and the stock 102mm rear ones with T-Maxx 118mm
turnbuckles.I plan on upgrading the shocks because the added weight of all
the aluminum parts makes the chassis sag, even after going to stonger
springs and heavier weight shock oil. If you have a reccomendation on which
suspension set-up I should go to, please e-mail me and let me Know. I
want to say thanks for all the help you have offered and the great
customer service. Even knowing though I live in Washington state, Gary
spent time of his own on the phone with me and offered whatever assistance
he could. I would definitely recommend you guys to anyone. Keep up the

EMAXX-Broke the axle carrier on the right rear.
(Already repaired)
TLT-1-Broke both rear ball ends,where they attach
the cantilever to the axle.
The last pic of my TLT is when I jumped it off the top
of an eight foot (yes, 8 feet high) half pike. Not bad
for it not designed for "air".
Please, let me know if these pics come thru or not.
