ALL ORDERS are shipped via United States Postal Service. We use USPS because the
rates are low and the service is usually faster than either UPS or FEDEX Ground. The
down-fall of USPS is the absence of instantaneous tracking like either of the other
shipping companies.
If when you track your order it says "Electronic Shipping Information Received" This
means your order has shipped, it will continue to say this until your order is delivered.
When you see this it means we have paid for your label AND printed it out. We do not
do so until your order ships again insuring that if it says "Electronic Shipping
Information Received" Your order is on its way.
Orders under 13oz total weight are shipped First Class Mail, these orders are typically
delivered in 1-5 Business days depending on distance from Zip Code 63026. First
Class Mail does not have a guaranteed delivery date.
Orders 13oz and over are shipped using Priority Mail. Priority Mail is typically 2-3
Business Days anywhere in the United States However Priority Mail does not
guarantee a delivery date.

| All international order are shipped using First Class mail international. This is not an insured shipment and does not guarantee a delivery date. That being said they have yet to lose an order but some orders have been delayed up to a few weeks going through customs. This is an area we can not control so please be understanding if their is a delay. Also, the reason we do not offer UPS or FEDEX International is because of the cost. We have quoted both companies to customers before and no one yet has been willing to pay the difference for either carrier. |

parts are never in stock. We send anodized orders out to get anodized when you place

consistent color.
